I was so surprised when I received an e-mail from Quinn, owner of Quinn's Baking With Love & Passion that she is getting a set of this changeable mooncake moulds for me. During our chatting and correspondence through msn and email, she knew that I am also keen in getting a set of this since a few years back and she was so kind to order an extra set for us too.Thanks pal, I have yet to learn and experiment on how to make good use of these mould.
